Based in Helston, I provide high-quality repair services for surfboards, wing foil boards, downwind boards, and carbon hardware. Whether it’s a small ding, hairline fracture or a major snap, I can get it back in the water.

What I Repair

I work with all composite materials, ensuring your repair is compatible with your board’s original construction:

Boards: Surfboards, Wingfoil, Downwind, and SUP.
Materials: Expert handling of Polyester, Epoxy, and Carbon Fiber.
Hardware: Carbon paddles, shafts, foils and masts.
Structural: Replacement of damaged fin boxes and foil tracks.
Refurbishment: Sanding and refreshing carbon foils and masts to restore a smooth, fast finish if you are fed up of it singing to you.

Note on Quotes: I can provide an initial estimate based on photos, but I reserve the right to provide a final, firm price only once I have inspected the board or foil in person to check for water ingress or hidden structural damage.

Finish & Aesthetics

Structural Blending: My primary focus is a strong, flush repair that doesn’t affect performance. I aim to blend every repair into the original lines of the board.
Color Matching: If you require a seamless aesthetic finish, I offer custom color matching. Please note this involves an extra cost for sourcing specific paints and pigments.
